About John Ronzino

John Ronzino graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2009.  Obtaining a degree in Marketing and Business Administration, his focus lies in the sports and entertainment industry.  This passion was evident through his experiences and opportunities throughout his college career.

John immersed himself in the music scene from the young age of 14 when he started playing the drums.  His creativity and passion for this industry drove him to manage his own band, Breathing Chemistry. They became a well-known name in South Florida and attracted many young music lovers in the area. When he was just 19 years old he negotiated a deal with a local record label, which sent his band on their first two-week tour up the East Coast.

His experience and strong management skills led him to an opportunity with a local entertainment company, Endagon Entertainment. His responsibilities included scouting new artists, organizing tours, and booking events for venues in the Orlando area.

Torn between his love for sports and entertainment, John scored an internship with the Washington Nationals Baseball Club his senior year in college.  As a Box Office Operations Intern, he was able to learn the ins and outs of running a box office for a major league baseball team.

After college, John decided to put his Box Office skills to work and landed a job as Box Office Manager and the Plaza Theatre in Orlando.  Being one of the biggest music venues in the area, John continued to learn about music, marketing and ticket sales.

John then started working in Sunrise, Florida at the BankAtlantic Center for the Florida Panthers as the Ticket Operations Coordinator.  He continued to learn and gain experience in the industry he loves, while developing his core management skills.

Today, John is living in New York as a free agent in the job market.  He is actively searching for new opportunities in which he can continue to grow.
